Our Town Energy Alliance was founded in 1999 by Dan and Cate Barraford. Their goal was a Fuel Oil discount buying program to help seniors and NH families on limited incomes with their oil and propane discounts.
They succeeded and over the next decade grew to over 10,000 members in four New England states Saving Their Members Money.
